ABL-412HP is compliant with Japanese Standards of Quasi-Drug Ingredients, US’s FDA, and EU’s E172. The black tinting strength has been increased to the maximum limit. Adding approximately 40% the additive volume of BL-100HP results in the same level of black (it has approximately 2.5 times the tinting strength of BL-100HP).
